AeonMed Health & Hospitals Pvt Ltd was engaged by our hospital to revamp and strengthen the Quality Management System as part of our preparation for NABH Re-Accreditation from Nov 2020 to July 2021. Team AeonMed carried out a thorough analysis of gaps in 'the quality management system, hospital infrastructure and processes, and provided us implementable and practical recommendations. AeonMed reviewed and updated quality system documents, established training processes and conducted training for all categories of hospital professionals - Senior Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, paramedical and other staff. Training of Quality Team was also conducted. Training included training in infection control processes, emergency codes, quality measurements, audits and surveillance methods.

Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre

AeonMed Health & Hospitals Pvt Ltd was engaged by our hospital to develop, implement and establish the Quality Management System at All is Well Hospital, Burhanpur, MP and assist in achieving NABH Accreditation. The engagement was from Aug 2023 till Aug 2024. Team AeonMed consisting of Dr Rakesh Verma CEO, Dr Sharad Varma Associate Consultant and Mr Paryant Chawla Assistant Manager (Healthcare Management Consulting) carried out a thorough analysis of gaps in the quality management system, hospital infrastructure and processes, and provided us implementable and practical recommendations on addressing these.

All is Well Hospital

Dr Rakesh Verma CEO, Aeon Med Health & Hospitals Pvt Ltd was engaged by our hospital to develop, implement and establish the Quality Management System at Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida (GIMS) for NABH Entry Level Accreditation. The engagement was from Jan 2020 onwards. There was an interruption due to Covid - 19. However the work was completed once the pandemic subsided and assessment was held in Apr 2023. Our accreditation was confirmed in July 2023.
